The team loves NFTs but understand how it's difficult to assure its value, so far. NFTs are tradable, so you can sell them freely. This mean, in terms of value, it all depends on the counter parties.

We want to add clear value for NFTs. Makai Games, this NFT-Fi series aims to unleash extraordinary NFT values for the emerging Web3 ecosystem and NFT fans.

How to add values for NFTs?

We believe the collateral is key. The concept is simple, the NFT's value should be backed by ERC20 tokens. NFT holders should be able to get back its accumulated collateral anytime. It's not just JPEGs!!

NFT Owned Liquidity

We would like to introduce new concept, NFT Owned Liquidity.

Similar concept was introduced by OlympusDAO in 2021, as POL (Protocol Owned Liquidity ) , to solve DeFi1.0 problems.

Technically, NFT has some ERC20 tokens in its address, we can regard it as collaterals. Not only ordinary ERC20 token, the address can store LP tokens also.

When the NFTs minted, some of sales will be used to create liquidity tokens, and it'll be stored in the NFT. It helps for protocol liquidity problems.

Revival other protocols, boost Intellectual Properties

One of our interests is web3 project boosting.

There are some protocols which has cool concept, design and fans, even though some need revival.

Some NFTs are cool, but how does it assure its value?

We are going to create and/or acquire Intellectual Properties and tokens from some protocols, after agreement by Makai Games community votings.

We would like to release new NFT by Collateral inclusive NFT and new tokenomics.

It’s important to make sure that there are already fans on their community. It’s help for them, and we believe it’s our good marketing strategy.

Why Makai Token ?

Because we release not only just one NFT series, we need governance and incentive mechanism. Our token will be use for such decision making.

The Makai Monster will be first our pilot IP + Collateral Inclusive NFT project.

We are talking to some protocols about partnerships, to help their liquidity by our NFT-Fi logic. One of potential partnerships will be XSwap on Defi Verse.

We seek how to increase the IP value with partnerships & derivative work.
